RETURNS POLICY – Updated on 5th April 2021

  • We always want to provide you with the best NATIVO experience.  If something goes unexpected, just contact us and together we will work it out.

  • In the event of size or style change, you will be entitled for an electronic gift voucher - valid for twelve (12) months, equal to the value paid for the item (s); check your Junk/Spam folder for updates after the request.  Please note shipping cost of return should be covered by you - we suggest to use a tracked service to avoid loss of parcel returns, Nativo International will not be held liable for parcels lost in transit.  Only if the item (s) are deemed to have a genuine manufacturing fault, a refund may be issued.  Returns must be done within fourteen (14) days of purchase, and for any case you must follow the conditions below.

  • It is essential that the item (s), any packaging, tags and ticketing which the goods came with/in are in original condition, are neatly folded and does not have signs/marks of wearing, or any stain or damage during the process.

  • You should provide a copy of the purchase receipt.

  • Nativo International reserves the right not to accept the return of items (including faulty items) if it falls under the following:

    • Any item of clothing that has not been returned with original tags on place.

    • Any panties, swimwear, lingerie items, trunks or pierced jewellery (Health and hygiene).

    • Any items of clothing that have been worn.

    • Garments that have been altered in any way.

    • Any Gift Card or Voucher.

    • Damage caused by neglect or misuse (for example, treatment inconsistent with the product’s care instructions).

  • Items on SALE are considered to be final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange, unless deemed faulty.

  • Afterpay is a payment method available at www.nativoint.co.nz .  Afterpay sets the terms, conditions and spend limit of this payment method should you choose to use it.  Our regular ONLINE sales policy applies to these purchases.  If you link your Afterpay account to a debit or credit card, please be aware that standard fees and charges may be applicable.  Please refer to your card issuer’s terms and conditions for full details.  If you have further questions please contact Afterpay’s Customer Service.
